Hey there! Welcome to the Inbox again, here you’ll learn how to organize user details in the Inbox!
In the User Details section, you can view data on the user, as well as all details of a single conversation with the user. This section includes the following cards:
Recent Page Views
The order of these cards can be re-arranged by clicking the Settings icon next to Details at the top, which opens a settings sidebar where the cards can be re-arranged by dragging.
You can also hide or unhide the cards by clicking the Delete icon. Your changes are kept when you click Save.
Note The changes you make to an individual user apply only to that user’s Inbox. Every user can have their own adjustments.
User Details: Prioritizing a User
You can prioritize important conversations by clicking the star icon on the Inbox header. Once you do that, the conversation is marked as a priority. This allows you to filter and see the list of prioritized conversations only!

Notes and Tags
You can leave notes on a particular conversation if needed.
Select the desired conversation from the list.
In the Details section, select the Notes card.
Click Add Note to and jot down the note you want to add.
Now simply Save, and the note will appear on the card.
You can apply tags to a conversation. This will later allow you to filter and find the conversations you want based on different tags and understand the context of a given chat.
By clicking +Add new tag, you will be given a list of existing tags or be able to add new ones.
Recent Page Views Section
The Recent Page Views card in the Details section provides information on what pages of your site the user has visited: from the most recently viewed page to the first page ever visited. This card also includes the dates and times the user visited each page.
