Our assistant’s original name is Hoory which is taken from an Armenian fairytale - “Lazy Hoory” - but unlike the lazy girl from the tale, our virtual assistant likes being trained to work! It just needs some extra care.
Design your widget
First, you need to Name your assistant. You can follow our example and name your assistant after a well-known character or simply give it any other unique name you want and click Start.
Select the assistant's gender and the icon color scheme. You have seven color options for your assistant. Then, click Next.
Create your account
Now you need to register on our platform to be able to continue. Please fill in your details manually or Sign Up with Google. If you already have an account, sign in.
Embed the widget in your site
Hereby, we provide you with your custom snippet that you should copy and paste before the </body> tag of the website you want your assistant to appear on. Then click Verify setup.
!Note: If you don’t want to embed the widget in your site for now, you can skip the verification process by clicking Skip this step and do it later from your Workspace Settings.
Once you have embedded the provided snippet in your website, enter the URL and click Verify. Now Hoory will go to the provided URL and make sure that the snippet is embedded properly.
The verification will not succeed if the provided URL can not be validated (is not correct). Please make sure to input an existing URL where you have embedded the provided JS code, otherwise, you’ll get an error message and the verification will not be processed.
If a appears, you’ve completed the process successfully.
Congratulations! You have successfully completed setting up your assistant and you can Go to your Workspace Admin now to start training your assistant. Check here to learn about how to train your assistant.
