How to accept, decline, or remove a question variation
Once you’ve clicked Start training, you’ll see the question variations for that intent.
Accept the question variation that belongs to this intent. This ensures that similar questions will have the same answer.
Decline the question variation that you think does not belong to this intent but might belong to another one. If you decline, the question variation will be removed from the intent to find its new group of variations.
Remove the question variation that certainly does not belong to this intent or has a negative context. The variation will be deleted.
Remember, you can always Undo to change your decision on that variation.
After refreshing, or exiting the intent page, all declined variations will disappear and the Training progress meter will adjust the percentage accordingly.
Click +Add new variation to add question variations manually. Make sure they relate to the topics generated by Hoory.
Trainings
You can see the list of Live, Paused, and Draft trainings here. You can also check how many times they were marked as Resolved or Unresolved, how many times the trained answers were Sent and when they were Last sent and Last updated.
Trainings are marked as Resolved when the user clicks the End conversation type action.
They are marked as Unresolved when the user clicks the Connect to Support type action. This means that your assistant was unable to fully assist your user, so further training of that intent may be required. Read more on follow-up action types here.
Edit the intent by clicking on the training itself. To delete, pause, or edit the training, click the ellipsis sign.
