Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial to experiment with Hoory AI. During the trial period, you’ll have access to all features, but it will be limited to only one seat. If you wish to add more seats, you must upgrade to a paid plan, and the free trial will be automatically terminated.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time according to your needs. Whether you require more features or want to adjust your subscription, you can easily change your plan through our user-friendly platform.

Is there a refund policy?

Our refund policy is case-specific, taking into consideration individual circumstances. We understand that situations may vary, and our aim is to provide a fair and personalized resolution for each customer.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes, we do have a cancellation policy. If you decide to cancel your subscription, your access to Hoory AI will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your subscription will be officially terminated.

You can modify the number of users or seats on your Hoory AI account by navigating to Billing, then clicking Manage Subscription → Update Plan, inserting your preferred quantity of seats, then clicking Continue and confirming the changes.

After the free trial ends, you will be asked to choose a payment method, either continue with the current plan or plan a new one pricing plan and make a payment. This way, you can continue using Hoory AI's features and benefits without interruptions.
